Sam from ABK-Soft here. As we have noticed this weekend a lot of sites are being created just in order to compromise our software and our company. Yes, whole sites with pictures and loads of text, we have found like ten or something like this, entitled:

AbleDating is a Scam!!!
Stay away from AbleDating!!!
I have sold my car and now I have nothing to eat because of ABK-Soft!!!
I am waiting for my unique design for 3 years!!!
The product purchased has never been delivered!!!

Especially we liked this one: How to avoid AbleDating scam? :-D And below go like 10 pieces of advice. You can recognize these reviews by the following scheme: AbleDating is scam!! The only good dating software is Who-Knows-What-Dating. And then goes the link. Somethimes there is no link in this post, but in the one a bit lower you will be able to enjoy it.

Yes it is not a joke, you can google yourself. We do not mention numerous forum and blog posts. Moreover, we still had not made the BusinessSpace script, but there already were a special site devoted to the BusinessSpace Scam. The same with the TubeCreator software. The same with Pictaca. From now on we will not advertise anything in advance.

Well, it is on the one hand very amusing and tells about our extreme popularity among our competitors (although we still do not have competitors if we speak about the richness of features), on the other hand, it is rather sad, because our competitors spend all the time posting to their blogs and make us like some kind of monopolists on the market because they really do not have time to develop their software. And that is why we also do not have much incentive to work harder and make and make new features and optimizations.

We are too far ahead, like several years ahead. And this makes us all, manic inventors, rather sad. We have no one to compete with. (In any case, we continue the development process and have some really terrific things to show. Hope this will make the competetors make something new at least.)

You can check the information about these "review sites" in the whois or on the net, all of them are carefully looked after by some dating software "companies", consisting of 1 or 2 students, no wish or need to name these companies here (and we for example have 36 full-time employees, just look of the quantity and quality of the UNIQUE sites we have made, for example here http://www.abledatingsites.com. One design takes up to full 14 days of work of designers and HTML specialists. Make a design means also "connect" it with all the existing PHP pages, not only draw it).

Well, we do not know why, but in this business it is so. Almost all dating software providers spend days and weeks publishing bad reviews on every site they can find. Black PR is a usual thing, but in this business it is now having some extreme measures. Actually we think that it is just grotesque by now.

Actually we do not know if it influences our business, because the level of interest remains just the same already for 3 years. But we surely have to answer a bit more quiestions.

The main problem in this is the complete inability of the buyer to understand what is what and who is who. It is like a sea of curse words and blaming, describing horrors that will pursue you right after buying this or that dating or community script. And that is why we are really sorry for everyone who is looking for a dating or community script these days, because he will encounter a lot of crap false information all around the web. Literally, about every dating or community software provider.

That's why we recommend for those who are lost just to open all the demos of all the dating software providers and compare them coldly. And forget, forget about the reviews site. Even we would ask you not to look at our review site, where we publish the testimonials of our clients. Because it is THEIR opinion and THEIR sites.

And you want to have YOUR OWN, beautiful and unique community site. And you want your own feature list and your own peculiarities. You want to have your unique, beautiful design. That will not look like any of the existing sites (because we have seen some dating software providers that just sell one and the same script day by day, without a unique design, without a possibility to modify it. We think that it is a bit insane and wrong from the marketing point of view, to have one and the same site all around the web. But this is our subjective opinion). You want to have your own unique feature list (you can either switch off some features or use for example http://www.abk-experts.com in case of our script). So why believe John Smith's opinion who is saying that this or that script is cool? He has a dog dating site. And you have a singers' community project. So do not believe anyone except yourself and YOUR OWN IDEA.

Some general thoughts on the topics

It is no secret that the Internet is quite flooded with content stating that ABK-Soft is a scam company who developed several scam products like AbleDating 2.4 Dating Software, AbleSpace 1.0 Community Script, 3D City, and dozens of external plug-ins and has been selling these for over 4 years. How can this be considered a scam? And how could ABK-Soft work hard over the clock to be called a mere “scam”?

Claims of all sorts from “NO PRODUCT DELIVERED” to “PRODUCT DELIVERED DOES NOT WORK”, etc. can be found all over the Internet in shady and not-so forums. Simply type in “abk-soft scam” into your favorite search engine (Google, Yahoo, etc.) and behold – the infinite rants and flame. In this article I am going to debunk most of the alleged “scam” claims, proving that a most respected dating script and community software development company such as ABK-Soft has never been and is not a scam. Most of such claims are the works of the “ingenious masterminds” of competitors. These so called negative reviews are part of a common strategy used by competitors world-wide. It's cheap, effective and most of the time simply destructive.

For this reason, ABK-Soft has created a website called AbleDating Reviews which contains hundreds of REAL comments, with real addresses, names, telephones and even pictures. You can contact any of the persons there yourself and see for yourself.

Another ABK-Soft 'must-visit' is the AbleDating Portfolio, which contains almost 500 live and running websites which you can visit yourself. You still think that ABK-Soft is really a scam?

What about the AbleDating Designs website to see the hundreds of custom, unique, professional and cheap designs created for our dating script users in a matter of days. Why would a scam company go through all this hassle to steal your money?

Competitors have been wiped out – what other company can offer Video Chat, Audio Chat, 3D City, Custom Designs, Flash Chat and dozens of other features? What other company does develop dating script designs compatible with and for iPhones? What other company offers such a low price? Again, competitors have been simply wiped out, and with no way out they resort to mockery, flame, rants and totally biased (and even paid) reviews on forums, software sites, etc.

To further show the irrationality of this “ABK-Soft is a SCAM” claim, let's look up the definition of the word “scam” and apply it to the compound “ABK-Soft Scam”:

1. noun - a fraudulent business scheme
2. verb - to deprive of something by deceit

Where fraud or fraudulent is a noun meaning: “A deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain.”.

Thus, a claim shouting out loud that “ABK-Soft is a SCAM!” is implying that ABK-Soft LTD. is a business deliberately practicing to secure unfair or unlawful gain is simply incorrect and carries no logic.

ABK-Soft has developed and provided a professional PHP Dating and Social Networking engine that can be tested inside out directly online, without spending a cent on the product. This is sometimes referred to as WYSIWYG and indeed, what you see online (in the AbleDating and AbleSpace Demos) is what you get once you've paid [in fact, you get more as the Demos are limited due to severe abuse]. ABK-Soft fully backs up its claims, provides the promised features and the software, the so-important services (support, updates and more), etc. What is unfair then? I'm not sure. Unlawful or illegal? All licenses, agreements and conditions are available online and each and every action by ABK-Soft's Teams is backed up by these documents and is never breached.

Users have to understand, that when buying a product online the merchant's rights and obligations are protected by a) the law and b) the agreements.
